So not many words today. Need more sleep right now. Though I fight it. I have here my finished ass #2 and the beginnings of #3. Pencil or ink a face. So far I have an inked one. No heavy blacks on this one. Maybe next time. Also I dare not destroy ass #2 by trying to ink it with my clumsy hands.
Hey the master copy turned out real nice, I like it. It's nice that you finished it but I also really liked how it looked in your first post, kinda unfinished, it's almost as if it leaves the viewer wanting more. Your face is also nice, I like that you challanged yourself and did the under the chin shot. Everything looks really nice, my only critique would be that the neck looks off, it looks a little long to me. Otherwise both pieces look good. Nice job.

ReplyDeleteI think the last drawings I saw of yours were during the drive to Wizard World. You've made mad improvement, that's for sure. I do agree about the long neck for the top piece, but stellar job all around.
You should ink the classic master one! Ink it! Ink it! Kill it! Who cares. Then make another one. Check out P. Craig Russel's Killraven graphic novel, for a great way to ink this one, since he lifted the same pic I think. ck
